2dr
What are the differences/advantages, and what is involved in making them work. ECU ok? The timing belt is indeed broken and I think I'd rather put a new engine in than fix the heads on a 155k mile engine that blew oil, had been overheated and run out of oil a number of times. I'm sorry for being a nube but I searched all over and am spending too much time looking around in vain, besides this is what we live for right? 2dr
In 1990 the V6 received an upgrade from throttle body injection to a multi point fuel injection system. This engine was known as the VG30E, and was rated at 153 hp and 180 lb/ft torque. nearly as good as the specs in my Infinit M30

Casey.T
Most of what you will find is Motors out of 90 to 96 VG30E's out of the Maxima's.... Strip it down to the Heads, then build it back up with your engines Intake system and sensors....

RedPath88
CaseyT installed a JDM into his 91 and I put a wrecking yard engine in mine. As long as the engine is good it don't matte to much. However, about two weeks after I put a deposit (to hold) on my engine, local JDM's were found (iirc correctly it was CaseyT who posted about them). I tried but could not get out of the wrecking yard deal. The warranty on the JDM was many many times better than what I got. In the end it seems to have worked out all right for me though
