I need more power

I just got a 18 ft trailer it weighs 2500 lbs and when it comes to hills and the highway it requires quite a bit of down shifting. How much difference would there be in adding an electric fan headers and a cone filter?

An e-fan might add a little, but I doubt much more than 1-2 HP. The headers and intake are a definite power-adder. Bump the timing up from 12 to 14-16, hook it up with a nice exhaust and muffler and you should be quite a bit happier with it.
