ive been reading around, alot of ppl suggest to leave the throttle body open for an hour or so to let it dry as its acting as if it were flooded... anyone agree with this theory? I only read about it on some forum about a camry. Much appreciated in advance guys, im worried my engine might be seized by this @!*% as ive heard horror stories but always pushed them aside.

ok now im having another issue, i bought some air intake cleaner... done this many times in the past. Sprayed in behind the torque plate... now i try to start the car and it wont turn over..... Also now on the driver side front fender there seems to be some ground there but its not connected could this be essential? someone help please!!

Ok so ive carried my issues into a new topic to hopefully get some more feedback.... For those not up to date... I drive a 95 manual nissane pathfinder. I just did the following mods to it: -3inch suspension lift -3inch Body lift -Headers and exhaust Issues still occuring 1)Truck is stuttering/chocking when shifting into higher gears What have I done? -Changed the air filter -Checked the ECO for error codes but got nothing.... 2)Handbreak -This item does not reach anymore but was told to extend the brackets... havent had time but im guessing its as easy as welding 2 plates to reach the brackets. WHAT I NEED HELP WITH: -Today Im going to change the gas filter and want to know how to do this properly with out leaking gas all over, or if there is any tricks please let me know..... -If the gas filter doesnt work out im going to change the gas pump... any tricks or cautions i should take for this? Let me know asap guys, im working on her in the net hour

checked the codes i got 55... no errors... any other suggestions?

could a leak at the manifold be causing this? even if its a very small one?

To check the ECU codes is it necessary to bring it to the mechanics? Guessing they will hook it up to their system? He also mentioned the fuel pump being weak when I brought it in... well not weak but the wires where starting to mess up and one of the pipes as very very rusted.... I got a spare... Ill install it and see what happens... I know the trap door is in the trunk, but is there any precautions i should take when installing a new fuel pump?.... just to be safe Also my gas tank is 100% brand new... i bought it on my first truck... if anyone remembers pathfinderxbuild.com back in the day. I zinc coated it and added a layer of por-15. Anyway the tank is new but the pump is from my previous tank... guessing this can be causing problems. It seems the truck runs 100% fine then it sputters and chokes then runs fine, sputters and chokes... Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the advice I will extend the brackets. Now I am having some other issues... when I did all this I slapped on some pace setter headers and a magna flow catalytic and muffler... i had it on my old automatic pathy and it worked fine.... but now since I did the lift and placed the exhaust I am having some major power issues... idle is rough.... it sputters when shifting (i have a manual one now). It seems if my rpm is not at 3000 it wont hold it just chokes and can barely move.... Im thinking airfilter? misfiring spark plugs? leak in header? Possible massive carbon build up in the engine... need air intake cleaner?Anyhow let me know what u guys think, its a drag been waiting 4 years to do this and she aint purring very nice haha. I also changed my gas tank... but cant see how that would effect the issue

Well now my brackets for the e-brake dont reach... do i just extend them? or do I need longer cable... seems if I adjust the screw for it to the end that its way to tight....seems like it can snap very easily.

Just bought a 1995 manual pathfinder from British Columbia... i was lucky enough to get it as he drove to a city near montreal a month after he moved. Quebec rust.... horrid. Anyhow got the 3inch bilstein suspension kit and steering stabalizer kit, 3 inch body lift, headers and 2.5 inch exhaust..... ordered the ARB bumper. Been a while since I was on this forum but I finally got the job done. Learned alot here and appreciate everything.... 3 rusted pathfinders down the road... -I do have some issues.... my handbrake cant connect anymore... anyone know a solution to this? -I bought a HI-Lift jack for the truck has anyone built a mount for it on a tire rack.... if so im open to advice. thanks guys on the weekend ill take her apart and check it out.... thanks for the advice... ill update when I find the issue. If it is a jammed caliper anyway of fixing this without replacing... I just redid the breaks and the calipers seemed fine.

Hey guys my front left tire seems to be causing some issues.... My steering wheel is wobbling at 70+km an hour, and when i brake it seems like its kicking at me a bit. Im thinking the disks could be shot? Let me know Jason Mainella

yep up here its a rare find to find used ones in general so im jumping on am for now.... i dont wheel enough yet as im still building my new truck up.

well i think im gonna grab am and try to get them at 180 for all 5.... either way i still think its a good deal for a season of tires

i added some more pictures to show them off.... well i find it hard to find used 32s in canada... not as many offroaders in my region anyhow... and new ones go for 250$ + so i figured its a steal to find these ones (im trading my old cellphone for 250$ anyhow). As for rims anyone have suggestions for size... looking to get a black set of rims

ya i checked the exhaust but that wire hanger idea sounds genius as he did a sh*t fast wiring job for his crappy hitch.... so im gonna check that out, thanks for the advice
