the melting has bonded the wires in the back together and its bypassing the fuse....
-
I have so much $hit with me im not even gunna list it..but its goes along with everyone elses from chains straps tools parts to first aid and food. They are all in crates/toolboxes in the back 100% of the time, along with sub box/amps...but i have ski racks on top behind my KC's with a shovel axe and sledge hammer
-
I would raise it, give a little better approach(minimal change if any) plus it will look better than having the gap.
-
Atleast she will help other poor pathys live on......
-
That only happens when teh guage wasnt heavy enough, the fuse was to big and its getting hot...or bad connection and its getting hot
-
If you bought an amp kit..its probably not quality...thats what i did at first and regreted it big time down the road.....Make your own harness for it...make sure your fused(use eth same size fuse that is on the amp and a pretty heavy gauge wire)..and on a switch(40amp+)...
Run you power line through the drivers side of the fire wall and under the carpet.
I would take pics but I cant get any of mine to post on here.
trust me when it comes to wiring in you system...mines pretty dirty and i have alot of exp. doing it.

If its cheaper than arb...and as strong with a light mounts, guards, shackle mounts, for a better price, count me in...depending on price

Where does you pathy idle
mines about 450-500rpm once warmed up
-
had 33 mtrs on my rubicon...sick tire, awesome traction

Fortinatly just going in and out of the water and up to the boat/trailer parking is at max 1/4mile, unless I go to teh gas station, and thats about 3 miles.
And tounge wieght is only about 500-800 pounds depending on amount of fuel/water/gear on the boat.
-
I've pulled my boat with mine..My boat wieghs about 8000 dry, just under 10k with tanks full...Pathy was very slugish and tired afterwards.
I use the pathy to drop it in the water and around the boat yard and also in 4LO, and first, and trailer brakes are a must.

Good luck...I hope its just the clutch....For time, money, and overall pain-in-the-a$$.
-
Or put in new clutch...But i would definitly check that compression thing.
-
Thats like why bother....

I'm not really understanding what the truck is doing or when. Can you redescribe?
B
It sounds like the truck is rolling (as in tires spinning while truck is shut off and in gear) while it is on a hill.
My first ideas would be clutch, fluid, tranny starting to get tired.
-
Create your own harness..thats how all of my lights are and completely bypass the the headlight switch.
-
Fixed it for ya!
Thanks
you got my point though

I don't have it but are you sure that there was a gasket in the one you had? And if there was a gasket did you coat it with oil? If you answer no to either of those questions then there is your problem.
Well for the second one, that answer doesnt matter. You don't have to coat the gasket in oil, that only makes taking the filter off a lil bit easier.

My X GF has an R50, I put manual hubs on that..and worked fine, but it wasn't electronic 4X4, it had a shifter.
All mode(automatic 4x4) has to stay auto hubs
Manual 4X4(shifter) can have manual hubs.
-
I know the problem, someone put shudders on your Pathfinder...they are made to go on the house not the truck.
haha lmfao
-
If you had a mold that would of been pretty awesome, Lund makes it, thats at JcWhitney for $250.
-
Should only shudder if tires are diffrent and if your turning..other wise should be nice and smooth.

I wish I had that Motor in the Pathy along with the gearing and steering i.e turning raduis.
