  1. Well, spent some time rooting around. Not a bumper bracket, not a radiator bracket, not from the headlights, foglights, liscence plate. Only other things in that area up front are a couple fluid bottles which I suppose it could be from under but I couldn't find anything missing. Couldn't find any missing bolt holes anywhere in that area. I'm stumped, there are only so many things up there that it could possibly come from, and I searched everywhere short of actually removing my bumper and skid plate. I mean, apparently it's not that important since my car hasn't imploded, but the more I search the more I want to know what it is.
  2. I'll still be in the Kootenays, have fun guys. I look forward to a ride this summer hopefully
  3. I go to Circuit Tire in pomo, prices are average but service is great and staff are very knowledgeable.
  4. I need to know the answer to award the prize Taking it out to the garage tommorow and I'll get a look under it. Just need to get all the mud off it first
  5. Anyone have any idea what this is? Off of a 1996 Pathfinder LE, I found it sitting on the bit of subframe under my radiator. I imagine it has something to do with holding on my bumper/fender, which is a bit warped itself. I powerwashed washed my truck a couple days ago and I imagine that knocked it off.
  6. I've got the passenger side one off of a 1996 Pathfinder LE back home, same style?
  7. Jumper cables, tow strap, some spare wiper blades that I won't need for a very long time but know I won't lose so long as they're in the truck.

    Canadian Jokes

Hah, I was expecting to be mildy offended but those were awesome.
  9. Left half of my climate controls only light up sporadically, but I assumed I loosened the wire when I had the dash off a few weeks ago since thats more or less when the problem sprung up.
  10. I'm sure most stock places are known to cops/border guards. If you're lazy, then I've found almost all the interior comes out fairly easy and theres a lot of room behind the back panels of my R50, but that won't do a whole lot if they get the dogs out.
  11. My 96 LE is floorshift. Just a note though, when highway driving in snow put it in 2 wheel drive going dowhill, that will leave you more control should you lose traction. If you're just wanting to drive on snow covered roads then you'll likely never need 4lo unless you drive it into a ditch. I've found that my while my truck will skate a bit in RWD it's has extremely good traction in 4hi, especially considering I've got about 125lbs of sandbags and good snows on it. Certainly a good winter vehicle.

    Any gamers

Don't really have the time to play games that often anymore. Finally got around to finishing Half-Life 2: Episode 2 and Portal. I'm part way through STALKER, Oblivion, and Bioshock though I haven't played any of those games since last summer I would like to finish em. Usually I just play Day of Defeat:Source.

  14. Have a great ride tomorrow, wish I could be there since Eagle Ridge is my backyard.
  15. I'm from Coquitlam but I'm in the Kootenays for the winter. My truck is stock though so can't do anything too technical.
  16. I'm not from the Island, from Coquitlam and living in Creston (Kootenays) for the winter. However I usually head to the island for a week or so every summer and would be interested in a ride. Long way off I know.
