  1. Oxygen Sensor. Find where it is on the exhaust and follow the wiring back up into the engine bay until ya reach the plug. Then Unplug it and go for a drive. If all is good the O2 sensor is fooked and ya need a new one. Sure it'll run fine unplugged cuz I did it for 6 months, but it won't run at it's most efficient.
  2. Alot of it depends on what sort of climate you live in as well. Here in Western Australia where I live with a winter temp of 5-10 degrees F as the absolute lowest and 50-60 during the day you'd run a different oil than if you lived in Canada where it's -30 in the morning and -5 during the day. It's also about 100-120 degrees F during the day in summer here too. Here's a handy link to have a read of: http://www.aa1car.com/library/motor_oil_605.htm
  3. Yeah sorry for that! I think that pic was taken at around 9am though. Hopefully I'll still be accepted here when the Pathfinder gets sold very soon. But hey still be driving a Nissan, albeit a 2007 Navara. Test drove one on the weekend and I am sold! The turbo diesel is very nice! One last trip coming up as a thanks to the Pathy. Heading north to a beautiful spot here in Western Australia called Coral Bay. Can't wait. Use up some of the 19 weeks vacation I have on the books!
  4. Yeah I will.....Where's the pic thread????
  5. Anyway thanks I got the bulb replaced. Thanks for ya help. Had the old girl for about 2 years now. Fixing all the little bits up cause unfortunately I am going to sell her. All is not lost though. Buying a 2007/2008 Nissan Navara ST-X with the 2.5l Turbo Diesel. Not sure if they are called that in the US or not. Pretty much the same platform as the new Pathfinder(here anyway).
  6. LOL yes I think someone said that when I first posted that pic. I've got real looking hair now...as in alot more of it!
  7. Yes that's me. Now please delete that pic from this thread!
  8. OK thanks. Next question. HTF do I get the bulb out. Tried pulling and twisting it from the back. No luck yet.
  9. Hi all, Been a member previously, but bought a new PC and couldn't remember my member details. Haven't posted much but always dropped in for a read. I used to be SteveWA I think. I am from Western Australia. Anyhoots have what may be a stupid question and may differ from country to country now that I think about it. One of my high beams is out. After looking at it I can't really tell if it's a sealed beam light or if I can just change the bulb. Don't wanna get too rough with it as being a 94 model don't wanna go snapping any plastic pulling on the back of the plug. Any help appreciated. Thanks! Steve
