  3. Good Afternoon everyone... well I sold my 90 in St. Croix, USVI... and now I'm here in my new job in the Pacific... Northern Mariana Islands... Saipan... Anyhow, since its the same group I know these girls... but is there anything specific for the 95's that I will be ck'ing out later??? Its suppose to have rot... but its an island.... Any and all useful information is appreciated...
  4. Its amazing when you get a nice little three day weekend you can think a little straighter... Anyhow, I couldn't find the Sea Foam here... but I picked up a Gumout high mileage fule system treatment and cked a few things... Well things got worst before they got better... so finally my buddy offered to ck it out... and on my way she stalled pretty ugly... Didn't want to turn... didn't want to turn... etc... and finally she coughed up one big nasty cloud of black smoke... and that was pretty much it... no more problems... My buddy couldn't find anything wrong, because she stopped acting up... Thanks everyone... with everything going on I just wasn't thinking... as for pulling the code comment... I never got around to diging up my sheet for them... but why is it so many of us never seem to think of that on our own, and we've all done it before... Thanks again...
  5. My 90 Auto Trans 2x4 is acting up... I think I know but... Alright... I haven't had much time to really ck on her lately... and I really don't have a lot of time... I won't get in to the BS... I did a little surfing of the site but... you'll see... Anyhow, when she starts she'll have a tendancy to want or actually cut off... more when cold, but anytime... During first start I usually hear some knocking (kinda like a woodpecker) and stops after a few seconds... Sometimes at a stop she'll idle real rough and once and a long time she'll cut... But if I drop her in D or N... it won't cut and isn't as bad... Take off has been really forced/slow (basically lack of power) the past weekish... I really noticed it a few days after I got back on island (about 2 weeks ago) and my buddy that I left her with mentioned it too a couple of days ago after I picked him up from work... I change out the plugs and wires like 2 months ago... and I've used super since I got her like 2 years ago, because the guy I bought her from said he did for x amount of years... The bottom line is... I like to play mechanic from time to time but I don't have a lot of time and I only got the one horse... and getting Nissan parts on island can be a real pain in the ass (99.9% of the time) and don't get me statred with the shipping... I had an emergency in Texas that required my immediate attention and I sprung for a flisht with 36 hour notice, that wasn't cheap... Any and all useful information is greatly appriciated... Thanks in advance

    Titian

I know that somewhere in here there are links to the various Pathy series factory service manuals... and messing around sometime back... I could of sworn that there was a link somewhere for the Titian manuals too (the 05 in particular)... Dose anyone know about this??? or am I just making this all up up??? Thanks
  7. Noooooooo, don't say that... it stoped where it is suppose to... When I took off the door panel, I couldn't pull out/find the motor... I didn't get a chance yesterday... hopefully today... I'm thinking what I attempted to get out was for the power locks... which would still mean I can't find the one for the window...
  8. Okay... I ripped the door panel off... that big thing on the left side with three bolts, isn't the window motor is it??? If so, that thing won't fit to come out... if not I have a feeling I'm gonna feel real stupid... I ck'ed my books and either I missed the section or something... I'm gonna ck the books again... It got dark on me and I started getting frustrated with the girlf... I mean hungry... I disconnected it cleaned it up the connection, stuck the air spray straw and said a lil prayer... and tried it again... Nope, I just put it all back together and decided to give it a shot a different day with light... on another note... it goes down with the button, real bad ass, so now its all the way down...
  9. Damn it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I liked my idea... kinda like Animal playing the drums... hahahaa Okay... I'll do it the right way... we'll see if I can get to it tomarrow... Thanks brother...
  10. Nope... no sound... I wish... Just like fixing the starter... huh... So basically I need to bang the sh!t out of it till it works... Should I start with a hammer or use the end of a screwdriver, and work my way up???
  11. just need to crack the door open and raise it... or do any of you guys have any neat little tips and tricks?? I did a quick search and didn't find anything useful... Any and all useful information is apprciated... Thanks It's an 90... power windows...
  12. By George I think your right!!!!!!!!!! I glanced in and saw where everything changed color in the area where the water blead out and the hole... but it look metal and I figured that a hose running beteen the heads would be too hot... so I figured it would be metal... hence "tube" instead of hose... I'm looking at my part # diagram and I think its part #14075 ( I really need to go re-ck)... Anyhow, the mechanic isn't much of a talker and was ref'ed by a friend... but I'm willing to bet my truck, he's from one of the British Islands... I didn't even think of that... hahaaaaaa Thanks for the help John...
  13. Thats what I was told... I just figured it was my ignorance, that's why I put it in quotes... he said that he needed the upper and lower Intake Manafold Gaskets too, to get in there... he showed me the hole above the water pump...I was told the water pump is fine... I was told at the parts store that I had to get it from a junkyard or the dealership... I'm gonna have to go look at it agian, in not such a hurry and show him a diagram... or something... I'll be the first to admit not knowing much about these engines attached with 4 wheels... I'm thinking that its some type of caribbean slang that I don't know...
  14. Okay I was told that the parts store here can't get it... I have to either go to the dealership or get it from a junk yard... there are not a lot of junkyards here and they are small... can anyone recommend a GOOD on line junkyard... or actually ones to stay away from...
  15. My 90 appeared to have a bad water pump (key word: appeared)... so I ordered one... a week later (caribbean time) it arrives and now the mechanic says the water pump is fine and I need a "engine water suction tube" and showed me the real problem... I orignally took it to him because I have my girlfriends family in from the mainland and I know she wouldn't be happy with me playing mechanic on the weekend... I did a search but I didn't find anything useful... So... Does anyone have any input on this??? Should I ck/change anything eles with all the work he's gonna be doing?? This is a lil beyond my simple Kmart socket set jobs/knowlege... Any and all useful input is appreciated... Thanks
