yeah mine sways pretty bad as well, when driving at speeds over 55mph i drive it like iam pulling a trailer so i dont start fish tailing down the freeway. I also have 32x11.50 2ply mud tires that seem to flex because of the mushey side wall.

I have been looking for a 91 4x4 4cyl 5spd and i have found one for $2800, great cond. 1 owner, no accidents, no rust. the bad is 222,000 mi. on the clock, these are getting very hard to find out here in los Angeles, you think $2800 is a good deal or to steep??

94 4x4x 5pd auto hubs, i know manual hubs is the way to go, are there upgraded auto locking hubs i can purchase?? its a nice thing not to have to get out in the rain and mud to lock hubs when wheelin.

Yeah rust in the frame is the biggest issue, make sure the trans is shifting fine, I found one last year but was not easy(94 4x4 5pd.) swap the manifold for a Doug Thorley and your straight.

I would like a 4x4 2.4 L 4 cyl turbo , I think it would be great, 250hp to the wheels,

Yeah, That could be a problem with california's great smog laws. I just think it would be great to own a 90's long bed extra cab 4x4 with a 2.4 banger. My 2wd hardbody pick up just turned 300,000 today and still running strong. my 94 path 4x4 has 143,000 on the clock and still sounds and runs great,

My question is , I want the best of both worlds, Would it work if i swapped out the 6 cyl+trans in a 93 4x4 extra cab/longbed truck for a 2.4 4cyl /trans 4x4.?? drive shaft/diff as well?? Or is there such thing as a 93 4x4 extra cab long bed 4 cyl ??

I am running the stock air filter, dont want the cone style /worry about water/dirt getting sucked in to the engine when wheelin so your saying the drop in filters help a little ?? I would like to go with a snorkle one day.

Are these lights night and day better than stock ? and do you upgrade the bulb like they say as well or just buy them as they are ?? ??
