  1. Thanks guys, just wanting to be different, since I bought the pathy they seem to be everywhere, and they all look the same, I want to make a head turner. I'm going to do my own bar work early next year I think if I can make sure it won't effect the air bag system. Gotta find those unique mods, but I want it to be safe and usable firstly
  2. I used to race a 1600 Datsun and everything from every model bolted on, I had to be super specific for my lift for the pathy. Do they mix n match with other parts throughout other models? Can I use a navara bar? What LSD's suit etc
  3. Thinking of both bars and flares black, bit of an optical lift
  4. Thanks bushnut, that have me the exact info I needed, much appreciated
  5. I wasn't exactly sure what I was doing, and couldn't find a match on you tube, I worked it out but thought I would post a rough "how to" for others like me. After removing the wheel, remove cap in the centre of hub, exposing the end of the cv, remove the circlip. Next remove the six bolts on the other end of the drive shaft with a 12mm ring spanner After that is free, drop the control arm and the drive shaft will slide out Just do the reverse to put the new one back in
  6. This site is hard to work out from a mobile device
  7. Quick intro: Paul from Australia, 2000.5 Ti R50. Not long put in 2" lift and about to do the routine cv change (done 212k km) can anyone show a pic where/how straps bolt up. Just so I know where to measure from. Cheers
  8. Thanks guys, I had a better look at cv's today and I think they were just old, gonna replace them and get some limit straps. Normal driving, angle is minimal but will top out on bumps.
  9. How did get that much lift in the front? Sfd's are almost unheard of in Australia, but my cv's are getting destroyed from the 2"
  10. Truck looks sweet mate, I put a 2" lift in my 2000 r50, but cv's are copping a flogging, have you done anything to lessen the angle?
