  1. You tried what???

Pics work fine in all the ways I described above... as long as you type out the code properly. Manually entering the code has nothing to do with your computer. Copy and pasting the "DIRECT" link entry in Photobook also works without issue.

If you are having problems with the image button entry method then that is another story but so far I cannot tell exactly what you have a problem with and what you do not, because you are not being clear on exactly what and how you are trying to post a pic.

Exactly what works and What does not?

What browser are you using or what browsers are you using?

Does it work in any of them, none of them, and how does it differ between them?

And just for good measure, what OS are you using?

What ive tried is copy and past from the tag on PB, will, not past tp post, nothing comes up. Copy and past using the posting image box, page freezes and have to reload page. tried manually typing link, nothing happens. my os is w 7, 64bit,

I am on other forums and I know how to do this, I have no problem on 318ti.org, jeeprforum, chopperfix.

so what I have tried is what all of you have suggested. Thanks for your help.

  2. so when I found out my 99 was on its way out, Frame wise, not happy with all the $ in it. I almost turned it into a Frontier, found one with a dead motor. Surfing CL yesterday and found a 98 from out of state with 89k on it. Score $2250, super clean and no rust anywhere, yay. Its a 5spd, need info on the deal, good and bad. Out here (NY), where mud is king, standard is a bad thing, switching gears in slop is no good. moving out west to Nevada area, near the Rubican. Is this still an issue on the trails.?

running gear swap and gear swap pic up next week. as soon as I figure out why it wont upload PB.

  3. where are the codes on the tranny and transfer case for id?

    looking at a swap job

a 2000 frontier has come to my stable and I have a early 99 pathy, both have 3.3 and according to Nissan, the same tranny. want to swap to the frontier, sell and beef up the 98 pathy

frontier is a 4x4 se club cab short bed, they cooked the motor

  4.

I was thinking the same thing as well. Where are these magical prices...?

    e:

    http://www.amazon.com/WARN-29091-Premium-Manual-Hubs/dp/B000CQDPIQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1410808948&sr=8-1&keywords=29091

    bout $50 difference; however,

    http://www.summitracing.com/int/parts/mmk-435 - $99.97

    http://www.summitracing.com/int/parts/wrn-29091 $179.97

    $80 difference.

The best price I was able to find locally was $230 all-in at my parts store. If people are finding Warns for a lot cheaper, then colour me surprised eh?

I got mine on ebay with the stud kit for 195

  5. Very good to hear! I'll taking the hub plunge myself after a bit more research. It seems great results are had across the board on this upgrade, just don't know if I'm going to go for the Warns (I've only had great experiences with them on many other vehicles) or MileMarkers as they're almost half the cost. It just seems when I try to save a few bucks by going with cheaper parts, I'm rarely impressed with the end result.

from what ive read, bite the bullet and get the warn. 195 for the whole stud kit. and the back up of years of 4x4 tech.

  6. D.O.P. 6/98, LE, Did my hub swap this weekend, and wow. big difference in my truck. gas mileage has vast improvement, no more humming, and scraping sounds. of course I did take the opportunity to strip all down to spindle, clean up and repack with new grease. No more deceleration when I let off throttle, better pick up. Very happy, and at this rate I will get my money back within 2 months in gas savings. the down side is there might be some issues in front diff, or front axle. Anywho, with the friction drop my truck is very happy, and so am I. highly recommend. I went with the Warn, I got the stud kit, but did not need, plenty of stud on stock hub.
