can i pull the rear shaft and tie it up, i dont think i can afford the full trailer

im moving back home now that im done with school and i have a 2100 mile journey, i was going to rent a tow dolly and tow the qx4 back, its a 97. and im wondering will i damage anything if i do this or do i need to pull the drive shaft or will it be fine, or should i rent a full trailer

yup want the clean look, i like the stereo the way it is but want to be able to play my ipod

come on does any one know how to solder in the 3.5mm into the cd changer setup

yea but i had seen a write up where some one soldered in the jack on the board and plugged in the ipod and used cd changer button to change to the input

i looked but cant find the thread, i saw it somewhere some one had used a 3.5mm to install it into the bose 6 disc, ive seen the write up for it to use the cd changer button for it

yes i am, the only issue im running into is the with the trans, im trying to find out if i need a diff trans or if i can use the trans i have, reason being is my cluster for the diesel swap only goes to 3k so i am worried about shift points and bogging, but doing the measurements it looks like it will bolt up

im getting the parts together myself, im gonna use a monsterdog adjustable fuel pump with a water seperator kit with the stock tank, as for the measurments the trans seems like it will bolt up to QD32ETi

i did the tps adjustment at least i think i did it right, but ive been having this weird like fuel bump when stopped with the truck in gear it dosent do it all the time but its annoying, could this be plugs wires or cap and rotor

ok so I searched but couldn't find what I needed, the 4wd light comes on and the wheel indicator light went off, I need the procedure to check the blinks to see what's wrong, and a list of what they mean, I'm ony phone so if some one could copy paste I would appreciate it

just like it says, ive got access to a nice touch screen from an 04 qx4 and would like to know if the newer radios will work and also what is involved in getting the gps to work

ok so battery had two dead cells and alternator failed a bench test 3 times, wow thats alot of money out at one time

it works but you need to scrub, i peal off my clear plasti dip ever 3 months and polish them back up and spray again, it may not work for everyone but it did for me

cleaned battery today, checked fuse and checked volt output of alternator its steedy at 12.2

ok so i left my gauge in my obd2 last night and today my ceck battery light is on and my at oil temp light is slightly light up along with my brake light slightly on when the truck is on

ok from experence with oxidized headlights, a green scitch brite pad with tooth paste gets the oxidization out the best, then you use wax and polish them to look new again, then get some clear plastidip and spray them down, least thats what i did on my s14 headlights
