  1. Complete, we are fixing the ends cutting some off for the angle to much block. Next 4 link coil over full axle swap front and rear
  2. so powder coating tomorrow and bang will be finished and ready burned of the day.
  3. You know to be honest, I am looking at a axle working. Found a Chevy truck with axles Dana 44, probably going that route. No more money into the ifs.

  5. Oh!! for some reason was thinking sway bar. I will check into that. Doing Rancho 9000xl shock very soon.
  6. @Harbinger. Bolts to the frame in a couple locations. I will get you plenty of pictures when completed. @Precise1 I won't be running sway bars.
  7. I was thinking about the air flow now. If it happens to over heat, I will change something up, I believe I should be alright.
  8. To be honest, I wouldn't know, had a buddy do it. Maybe a 1/4 inch. Buying Rancho xl9000 shock to help with weight.
  9. It's been like a month wait for my winch bumper, got one progress picture today, still needs a couples things addressed and powder coating.

  11. @Mickyficky it was all pretty easy, just time consuming, have to get oem spindle pressed out of UCA's, then alignment after cranking t-bars. All in all man... You can do it!!!!!!
  12. I used proper UCA's to help the angle of ball joint. Eats the whole front end put stress that the ifs doesn't need.
  13. Of course there is you'll eat them up! Also stop is for upward travel I believe factory is huge. I believe mine are 9/16 ultra low

  16. Might take longer to set but all in all, you'll be alright! Just avoid driving for 24hrs.
  17. Today my front bumper should be done!!! Pics hopefully today.
  18. It's actually wired into the main harness. Whoever did it, made it look original.
