MY1PATH, I just wanted to say that thanks to your advice in the how to section, I got the old one off in 5 minutes! This is how it came off lol, I will report on how the new one does.
I didn't take the time to bs the rough country support guy, just scrapped the shackles. I just went the IT route for my springs, they were easy to find extract and just cut the pigtails off and was good to go.
I got it to squeak through Oregon emissions testing three times with rotted out AIV components. This forth time is proving to be difficult. I actually replaced the charcoal canister and also AIV component closest to the front since the last time I passed.
I checked the site and with their customer service about it and it is the right part for the part number and for the application according to them... It all measures the way it is supposed to...

I replaced the muffler and tailpipe a couple weeks ago with a bolt/ weld on that fit perfectly. So I think it is all stock...

So I was having some issues passing smog and after replacing some of the usual culprits I decided to throw on a new cat, got a magnaflow 22765 which is supposed to be a bolt on. Problem is that this new cat is 3 inches shorter flange to flange and also has a different air tube setup that the stock jobber...
Just curious if anyone else has had this issue and what they did to get around the the differences?
