Lift is installed, I ended up ordering 16x8.5 wheels with the correct backspacing and 265/75/16 tires. Should look good and not a lot of trimming...

Hey guys, OME lift getting installed tomorrow, gonna have to ditch my factory LE 17" wheels soon and I am buying some 16 inch with 3.75 backspacing, think I will be ok with 265/75/16 tires with a little trimming?

Ok so I have the OME lift, the rims I am ordering are 16x8, with 3.75 backspacing I know a 265/75/16 will fit fine but wonder if i can go any taller?

I am doing the OME medium duty lift. What are the biggest tires I can fit?

woudl 4.25 backspacing on a 15x8 rim fit with a 285/75/15 ?

what exact size tires and wheels are u running? I was thinking of a 285/75/15 or 16 which equates to like 32.5 inches...

Ok so I have an 03' LE bone stock. I ordered the OME lift, medium duty springs all around, kyb struts and shocks. 1" spacer for front struts so it sits level. I am looking to purchase some 15" or 16" rims with a backspacing for 4.25 since my factory 17's won't really work. I know I would have to remove the front mudflaps and maybe put 1.5" spacers on the front wheels so the tires or rims don't hit the cup porting of the strut. I would really like to throw some 285/75/16's on which equal: 32.83" diamtere, 11.22" width. Will they fit?! I see many people posting about this with the AC 2" lift but not with the Old Man Emu (OME). I should gain 1.75" over stock. What do you think? I would like to order these and make my decision asap so please reply on here or PM me thanks guys! - Grant

If I get 16" aftermarket wheels with 4" backspacing, how big can I go on tires? I have the factory LE 17" wheels now but I am lifting it next week with the OME lift.

Hey man, I have an 03 LE with the same stock tires, I am lifting it 1.75" with the ome lift. How tall a tire can we go? Would 245/75/17 fit?

I have an 03' LE, factory 17" wheels. Lift is going getting installed friday, OME lift which should be 1.75 inches. Tires I am running now are factory sice 245/65/17. Will 245/75/17 fit with lift? or should i go with 15-16" wheels and go with a taller tire like a 33' ?

I know you can't shift on the fly anymore with the manual hubs installed, so does that mean you will just have to go into neutral, throw it in 4wd and go?
