  1. I bought the 1" lift JGC coils for my rear and they lifted it between 3 and 4 inches, maybe even a little more since my stocks were sagging so bad. Here is a thread with before and after pictures of my lift. Just make sure your shocks are long enough cause the first shocks I bought weren't quite long enough. And i still haven't been able to afford anything for the front so it definitely isn't level. http://npora.ipbhost.com//index.php?showto...mp;#entry235012 Hope this helps
  2. I put a set of Jensen 6.5" components in the front doors with the tweeters mounted in the upper door panel. They sound great with my new pioneer head unit. It took me a while to find these speakers as cost was an issue for me as well, but I finally went into a smaller stereo shop and they had these on display. These speakers were the floor model and they were the last set he had so he gave me the set with crossovers and everything for $70. Might be worth looking around to try to find a deal. And the 6.5" fit fine in the front door. They don't sit flush like the old speakers did but they more than clear the door panel and I didn't have to cut the door itself at all for them to fit. Only problem would be that now my front windows don't roll down all the way as they hit the magnet on the back of the speaker, but they still go down 3/4 of the way so I can live with it. Good luck in your search!
  3. Alright thanks. I'll rip into it later today.
  4. When I bought my pathfinder it didn't have any lights behind the air conditioning controls. Did Nissan decide not to put lights beind the controls or are mine just burnt out? Just want to find out before I go ripping the dash out. Thanks!
  5. Yeah I snowboard. I go as often as I can, or as often as I can afford to go. Do you ski or board?
  6. I'll go ahead and vote XE too as that is what I have. And it has lots of options. About the only thing it doesn't have is leather and chrome.
  7. Got a few better pics of the path today. It's kind of dirty right now but I guess its supposed to be. Thought I would show you guys my other toys as well. This is my baby. A 1987 Chrysler Conquest, turbocharged 2.6L with only 50,000 miles on it. I got the pathfinder to keep the miles off this car. And here is my summer toy. A 1994 Suzuki RF900
  8. Here is one kinda crappy cell phone pic. I'll get some more up when I get home from work.
  9. Anybody have any suggestions on where to host my pics?
  10. Hey everybody, I just bought a 90 Pathfinder XE a few weeks ago and I love it so far! It has 168,000 miles on it but it runs and looks great. I haven't done much of anything to it yet, just some maintenance issues like a starter. I did install some stereo stuff in it and I got the windows limo tinted but other than that it is completely stock. I have been lurking around this forum for a week or so gathering info on my new truck. There are some really sweet trucks on here! I am thinking about doing a lift in the near future, but I have to recover from paying for the thing first. Anyway there is my intro, if anybody on here is from Idaho and knows some good places to go wheeling hit me up! You guys have a great forum here, I'm glad to be a new part of it! Aaron (Seems to be quite a few Aarons around here)
