Thats is still up in the air because we are trying to get dutchman to run the splines up farther on the shaft. If they can then we can shorten the setup quite a bit. I have not been to see it in person yet so I will call and get the adapter length

Well that there is a tease the machinist is redesigning it before production can happen with a little luck maybe preorders around Christmas for the first run but that is pry wishful thinking

here is the latest but the machinest already has a new design for number two so we are on hold for a bit til number two comes out

Here are two new pics! The shaft is being cut and the back half has been started once its done we will decide whether or not to have them cast or just one piece billet!

the back half is in progress we have prices on shafts now too and we are also looking into a single piece billet now fourstroke has found a cheaper supplier on the billet so once he has the back half done we will take it in and have a cnc program wrote and check all options for the best and cheapest route then the one he builds will get tested by lonwlf in a sas pathy and then production should start shortly after maybe have it out on the market for christmas presents?? If anyone was super serious let me know we can look into a pre-order if we line up enough people once a price is figured out we can start that?? also fourstroke is working on a sye that involves shaving the back of the tcase off and installing a toyota flange on the modified shaft if any of you are interested.
ps the dual case adapter will have a core most likely on the shaft unless you opt for the more expensive new shaft the cost is double of a re-splined shaft

I like the TX10 idea because it stays Nissan. I don't really care for other ones. If anything a toyota case adapter would be best. I think North West Fab already makes a dana 300 adapter to TX10.
In my experience once you double it and put 4.1 gears in transfer case you start finding the other weak links.

nwf does have one I wanna make it cheaper then them if I can. We are gonna look at toyota rear case options as well but it will be a stick only as they would never clear the auto tranny on the drivers side. The main goal to start is to stay nissan with an sye and later down the road crawl gears for a tx-10 that guys would not have to wait months to get!! Baby steps though I am not a rich guy I am just trying to build bad ass @!*% for bad ass rigs!! I used to be hard core toyota but then drove a few nissans and have never looked back no matter the lack of aftermarket support!! If I cant find it I make it or have it made!! I have some good connections on this deal and it is coming right along!! Here is another teaser!!

we are also toying with dana 300 and 231 and 205 versions as well since it will be just doing a cnc program for the back half to change it?? whats every one think??

CAST? I aways thought it would be a simple enough doubler to make out of plate...
if you want to pay about 600 bucks just for the the aluminum to get it thick enough for the adapter to work that is why we decided to have them cast. no pics to show ya yet his boring bar took a @!*% so he didnt get done.

yes it will be the only tx-10 to tx-10 doubler out there thus far sure to be copied after its out but I hope to have it up and running soon just kinda seeing how many peeps are interested in buying it when I am done?? gonna try and stay under a grand shipped but not sure yet on price!!

Who is ready for a tx-10 to tx-10 doubler with a sye kit as well? I have a friend building me a mold to have cast then we will machine it and test it out the mold will be done this weekend i hope to post pics soon

Its mostly all Bonney Motorsports with a few Sky Manufacturing and Trail-Grear and ruff-stuff. The front and rear is leafs from me and the front hanger and shackle kit is from me. The spring perches, ubolt plates and ubolts are ruff-stuff. Shock hoops are tg and the rear hangers and shackles are sky. Just a combo of parts I put together. Oh and the custom front axle is KnA Off-Road

The other thing i am thinking is tweaked knuckle? I crashed a truck once and it bent the outter and looked fine bolted up fine but bent it some way it drove like @!*%

That is the hp 44 minus 3 from the long side for the frontier that i am doing the swap on this weekend its loaded with 4.88s and an eaton E-locker!Nice looking Axle...wha cha got going on there bud.!?Its got u-joints like a drive shaft at the knuckles that allow it to turn its nothing like a rear end! Have you never looked at an old ford chevy dodge or jeep before? -

So the adapter length is 5.75 right now but if we can run the splines up farther on the shaft we can loose an inch or so we hope. And yes your hb has a tx10 in it it just has the smaller input so it has to remain the front reduction box and the pathy can be your rear case as our shaft is made for v6 tx10 transfer cases
