sorry I had not been back since this.... Yes it worked fine while using the additive.... No it is not fixed, 4 bottles later.. doesnt work except when the additive is in. anyone have directions for changing it out? do i need to drop the tank?

My pathfinder started doing this and now is becoming more frequent. Full tank registers full.... after about 3/4 tank then its a guessing game. I can run 200 miles and it still says 3/4 tank or it will say 1/3 tank. i would be 250m and it shows 1/2 tank. then all of a sudden the fuel light will come on and the needle drops. or it will be perfect through the entire tank. its annoying to have to watch the trip mileage just to be sure i know where i am at. its utterly frustrating, and i am asking if anyone has any clues? i couldnt find a typical ground for the fuel sender so i am guessing it may be that? any help is appreciated.

OMG what a difference. I highly recommend this. Does anyone know of a downside to it? is this putting more stress on any other part of the path that i need to keep an eye on?

they must have changed over the years.. my 04 has a Johnson Rod connected in that spot. previous years have had both a Flux Capacitor, Kuhneutson Valves, and Adjustable Power-bands.

my 04 averages 16-17mpg city. 280 miles and 17 gallons to fill (plus minus 5 miles and .5 gal at fillup) depending

any local yards or someplace you can get an ECU cheaper? If you were close i would offer for you to try mine.

If you changed everything then maybe try checking your grounds. possibly one broke or even rusted off depending on what you do with your truck off road.

probably obvious but have you tried checking for spark? if you have spark then maybe a fuel/air issue no spark then an ignition issue...

ok just realized you had LE wheels not SE wheels. does anyone with the same 6 spoke wheels know if they will work? I found one other thread from a guy with an 03 SE 6 spoke and he says they wont work on his.

will they fit if the cap is off? Whew, ordered them and was able to cancel after seeing this.

anyone know if the warns will work with my stock wheels? I will be buying a new set when my tires get a bit more worn. for now will the warn or other brand locking hubs fit under my stock SE wheels? I dont mind removing the center cap. thank you
