  1. Different because iam using it on my YZ250 Dirt bike tires, but ive always used Leather conditioner on them after a hard day at the desert. Bikes about 4 years old now and tires still look pretty mint condition(except for the treads >.>). Ive heard WD-40 works quite well if not used in an excessive amount.

  2. So just recently theres been a noise when i turn my truck left or right, The sharper i turn the quieter it gets though.

Only things i could think of were Ball Joints or CV's, Going to pull them off tonight, Anyone ever encounter this before?

Would checking the power steering pump be a good idea to?

    Thanks

  3. Its been raining here everyday for about a month and a half so i havnt cleaned my truck in a long time =( I wash my truck pretty religiously when its going to be nice out, Turtle Wash Zip Wax is probably some of the best car wash ive ever used in my life and its on the cheaper end of the price tag.(also gives a nice shine, Coupled with the Mothers clay bar and it looks quite sexy) I started using a walmart brand trim shine and love the wet look it gives my Plastic trim. Tire Shine i always go for the turtle wax spray foam and wipe it off imediataly then re-apply.

Interior i spend a very long time on. My front seats come out and I vac every nook and cranny I can. Then Windex auto everything to get the dust and grime off.

Final Touches are Meguires spray and wipe interior shine and a Vanilla Air freshener =D.

The problem with a Tan interior is that you notice the grime and dust so fast =(

  4. Ive only towed other trucks with my Jimmy =D, and Update! Towed the bobcat with my pathfinder yesterday, On flat surface it was fine. Hill were abit of trouble and so was stopping. I imagine if i had trailer brakes it would have worked alot better on the stopping part, Gearing down to 2nd helped abit aswell.

  5. The most ive ever towed with mine was a 3 place Sled trailer... thats only like 1800 pounds though. I think the bobcat it self weighs more then that >.>, Iam clearing lot about 3 hours outta town on my weekends and my truck costs me about 60 bucks there and back everytime.....

  6. So what kinda heavy lodas have you guys pulled with your R50? i want to start using my pathfinder to pull the bobcat around, but want to know what you all have pulled with yours before I take on the very heavy trailer/bobcat. Dont want my transmission to wear out haha = /

  7. So, Training camps almost here for the NHL. Then the pre season! Bored at work I thought id ask the hockey fans out there:

    Whats your team?

Before seasons starts who do you think has a legitimate chance at the cup this year.

Which player are you most excited to see this year play! Vet or Rookie! =D

Iam already preparing my Hockey Picks and drafts for the up coming year myself!

  8. Overdrive is beast for highways (better fuel economy because it gears your A/T up, Bringing the Rpms down!) Ive heard from the grape vine that is not as economical to use for Intown driving, Apparently it wears the tran out faster when in overdrive and trying to go from a full stop to moving, Like i said thats just down the grape vine.

You can shift from 2 WD into 4H at any speed. (so handy in the winter and you want to get from Highway to Campground trail) =P

  9. So I just bought my old truck back. 88 GMC jimmy S-15. Now my plan is to take the tiny 2.8 out of it and drop a bigger engine into it. and a lift

Ive seen 350 SB and 4.3s in them.

What would you guys pick. Jimmys are pretty common up here so getting a engine shouldnt be to hard.

  10. Hi guys, if yah dont know about these guys, There a Nissan only used parts/vehicles place in Lethbridge, Alberta, They've got everything (Or so ive been told) ive ordered a few things off them now and there prices seem to be pretty fair. and they've always had what i have been looking for.

They have a website though not a very good one (useableused.com)

Best just to phone them, They are quite knowledge-able and will be able to help you much quicker. (1-877-317-3166)

If yah havnt heard of them and are looking for some cheaper used parts. I recomend checking them out =)

  11. i think its the GT-R, I havnt seen him in a few days, Going up to his Shop today or tommorow (weather depending) to pick up my headliner so ill try n remember to take pics =)

  12. So the neighbour is swapping engines on his 2003 Pathfinder. and offered to sell me his 3.5 V6 automatic with 78 thousand Km's on it. 1100 bucks...

    Is that a good price?

and would it fit in mine? (brackets and such wise. and being able to close the hood) =)

If it wouldnt fit but is a good price i might buy it and hold onto it for awhile and maybe sell it for more later.

  13. So what kinda non car/truck toys do you guys play with/ Do for fun?

    I Sled

    Play alot of Paintball too
