  2. I'm changing the rotors to so I had to any ways... and that's what I figured but I didn't know... also putting manual hubs on... but thanks for the clarification guys!
  3. Changing both Cv axles. And putin warn manual hubs on. Got the rotors and hub assembly off, but not sure on were to go now... do I have to unbolt the strut tower? Or take anything else off? A diagram would be much appreciated!
  4. just wondering... but i have a 96' 3.3 and it says use 87oct, and most of the gas stations round here have regular at 85oct and then 87oct with 10%ethanol then the premium 97oct. i normal put regular 85 or should i use the 87 ethanol?
  5. Dang that pictures tiny... prolly shouldn't have done it all on my phone. Sorry...
  6. no, no rubbing at all... i choose tires that i could flex in and everything. i went with 15 cause i couldnt find any 16 with the right BS, i was first gonna get 16x10 and 265/75/r16, but to complicated to find right specs and all... then i went 15x8 and 31/10.5/r15, i really like the pro comp rock crawler series.. solid wheel, good price and look great
  7. 1)3.75 2)i wanted room to flex and move more, dont like cramming tires 3)yes sir, minus the strut mounts, wheels, tires, and air filter 4)they fit perfectly, imo
  8. exactly! they just dont make em like they used to...
  9. thats japaneses art on wheels it says.... id feel like a lil fruit driving that think.
  10. i wouldnt drive any of them.... and i know there concept cars but still thats weird... even there cars in the future section are akward....
  11. do you happen to know the measurements of the VG33E? cause we did a rough measurement and came up with 27ish for the lenght, and the 350 is 28. and thats minus the bell housing, fan and radiator
  12. so you think i should go FI instead of carburated? i thought carburated would be better? i know on romping around and on a steep hill it might starve it like you said but theres older trucks that people 4x4 in all the time, would it really cause that big of a problem? the guy thats helping me has an 81 ford step sid, holly 650 double pumper, and he goes nuts with that thing, no problem
  13. dang BowTied, thats exactly what i needed.... thanks. yeah me and my friend were looking at it and we were gona make a coustome hood. and we didint know if we should go custome on the manifolds or no? and we figured the fact that it doesnt have all that fuel injected stuff in her, that that'd save some space as well
  14. Yeah, I have most of it figured out... everything will fit and match up. Only thing is with the bigger radiator and extra cylinders Idk if the engine bay is long enough.... I know It's not wide enough, and I'm gona have to cut a little bit... also would it be deep enough?
  15. yeah, im leanin twords the 350.... i have a garage full of tools and such. and a guy who has rebuilt a couple of chevys. i do plan on keepin the pathy for as long as i can, not gona sell it, run it till i dont have any money to fix her. i know itll be coastly and take a while but then ill have one unique pathy with some power....
  16. I thought about that but Idk... I have a friend who put a 350 in his jeep, and all the stuff you can add and do with that motor is pretty crazy
  17. It's all gummed up, and on last leg.... has a lil over 200,000. Plus I want a lil more power
  18. I was thinking about buying a Chevy with a 350 and manual transmission, then swap it into a pathy. And SAS. duel carb, forged piston, crank, cams. Whole nine yards. Or rebuild my pathy motor? Maybe bore and stroke. Forged piston, crank, cam. Everything What's your guys thoughts?
  19. thanks! yeah its the ONLY pathfinder with any modifications in my town that i or any of my friends have seen... all we have is flippin jeeps
  20. it depends how bad your shocks are, couldnt hurt. i put the KYB struts on with the OEM strut mounts and it does just fine, but if your not paying attention to spped pumps and you hit em to fast your struts top out and make an amazingly awsome sound it also depends on the stock struts if there used? and how much there already sagging and worn. btw nice lookin pathy, me and a friend are making one here soon
