check all the easy things first, battery terminals clean and tight,no wire sticking out, same at the starter, clean and tight, my former 94 PF was doing the same thing and I did the starter relay mod (search for it if interested) and the starter was ok for about a year than finally had to replace it, plenty of threads on here on replacing the starter. Yes it's in a bad place but it's replaceable, the first time will take you a while or take it to someone to replace,
Highly recommend if replacing, stay away from rebuilt/reman starters !!! Get a brand new aftermarket or OEM starter, (OEM reman's are ok )

I think you can after you remove the bottom part of the shroud, may need to bend the plastic slightly, removing the top hose would make it easier

Per a tire size calculator a 325/60/15 tire is equal to a 30.4X12.8R15 tire which is closest in diameter to a 265/75/15 which would be 0.7% larger at 30.6x10.4R15 but not as wide
If you are looking for the width to be close to the 30.4X12.8R15 (325/60/15) than a 30 X 12.50 X 15 would be closest in width, I do not know of any 30" tires that are 12.50" wide,
most 30" tires are 9.50" wide, There are a few 30 X 11.50 tires made by Interco (super swamper)
in a 31" tire normal sizes are 10.50 wide (stock size on a 4x4 pathfinder or 4x4 hardbody depending on the options), I've also seen 31 X 11.50 tires. And Interco has a 31 X 13.50 tire
I guess it all depends on what you are trying to do, do you want an aggressive tire for off roading? or a street tire.

The pathfinders were made in Japan, so even if it was designed for the US market some parts could have non US markings I would think.

plug near the oil filter is the oil pressure sensor wire ( with the red/orange) boot on it.

you don't want to drill through, use a helicoil or a larger stud. and hope who ever drilled the holes didn't go in to far.

Do you have another key you can try? Does one side of the key look more worn than the other?
Most of the time the key will wear and not the wafers in the lock.
I just re-keyed my ignition to match a pair of door locks I swapped into my 93 hardbody, I also re-keyed all the locks on my former 94 pathfinder.
Yes a new ignition switch can be re-keyed, a locksmith can do it ( i can do it too, I rekeyed a lock for Adam when he sent me the key a while back)
If the truck doesn't start when you turn the key but just clicks, but when you flip the key over it starts, I don;t think that is an ignition issue at all, probably just the repeated attempts to start it and the starter finally catches.
If the key turns but it doesn't start than the ignition switch is doing what it is supposed to and the problem would be past the ignition switch.
If you already replaced the starter I would double check all the connections, battery terminals not just being tight but being clean and not corroded, also check the positive where it connects at the starter, the cable in my 94 pathfinder half the wire strands were not even in the copper terminal !
Next time it doesn;t start, try having someone hold the key to the start position and try tapping on the starter lightly, if it starts most likely it's the starter.

Today on my hardbody, change dthe oil, Mobil 1 5W30 high mileage oil and a Purolator Pure One filter, also installed my autometer gauges

starter relay should be blue, about twice the size as a normal relay

I think it is probably the master switch on the drivers door panel, all the windows and locks go through that switch, I would try to borrow one from someone that has a pathfinder, or pick one up from a junkyard for cheap to try it out.

Do any of the windows work if you try to roll them down at each door? Not using the drivers master switch?

To the OP, you truck may have the wiring for the heated seats but If you don't have heated seats than most likely there are not seat heaters in the seats, also you don't have the switches for the heated seats right? It's cost effective for Nissan to only make one harness even if options are not installed, but they wouldn't install seats with the heaters in them and not have them hooked up.

Not all the gauge clusters (square) have a voltage regulator on the back, my 93 (hardbody) does not, I have pics of it also.
Not sure if the early clusters on the WD and D21 are the same as the one in my former 90 sentra, but the sentra came with one of 3 possible voltage regulators, one that looks like a normal transistor, one that is silver smooth case, and one that is black with heat sink fins on it, the silver and black one also have different length wires. I think it depended on whether the cluster had the tach or not.
When I inquired with my local dealer back home in NY the parts manager said she never saw the first type ( normal transistor type) I had to send her pics, I ended up using a transistor someone gave me the part number, ordered it from Mouser electronics I think, it was real cheap, do not know the part number off hand.
