Ok, this just started - My brake master cylinder is leaking - drains the reservoir overnight while sitting - looks like it running down the front of the big round thing where the reservoir connects to it. Is there a gasket there or is it something else. Thanks in advance for all your help

OK guys and gals, I have a question. This has been going on since I have owned my pathy, just 3-4 months but it has not gotten better or worse. When pulling off from a stop, I feel a slight thump coming from the rear somewhere, this would be right as I pull off and well before the tranny switches into 2nd gear. The only analogy I can make to help explain would be the sound and feel would be about the equivalent of a medicine ball in the back of the truck and when I pull off, the medicine ball rolls backward until it hits the tailgate "thump" It does not do this when starting off going down hill, it does not do it when pulling off and turning right. --- always when pulling off straight level or uphill and worse when pulling off and turning left. I am thinking it is a rear end problem but I am really not sure. Any help would be killer, and thanks in advance!

well, there aint a whole lot you can do with this injury. The tip that broke off will eventually be broken down and re-absorbed - the said I would probably always have a calcium knot on my elbow and could, if it bothered me, have a orthopedic surgeon remove it. I aint got no insurance so I guess I wont be doing that... did I say this dang thing hurts?

I have to replace my winshield, the diff between one with and one without is about 30 bucks, is there a way to just use the mast for am and fm?

about three weeks ago while setting up some office cubicles, I picked up a panel, not heavy but large. I heard a pop in my elbow, like the sound your knuckle makes when you pop it, you know, the normal sound of a joint popping but dang it hurt... I thought that maybe it just had been a long time coming as far as needing to be popped or something - Im gettn old, my joints tend to crack and pop, lol. It wasnt getting any better, it was getting worse over the weeks and my elbow tip was getting bigger day by day. So at the urging of my wife yesterday, I went over to the e-room to get a look see at it.- they took an x-ray and this is what they found. Since I didnt hit it on anything the surmised that I broke the tip off my elbow bone with my own muscle. strange huh? this sombich hurts though

Were you drunk? Where did you think all that oil was going if not on the ground? Funny though... You can have your man card back... I figure it takes a bigger man to admit to such skill, lol. I accidentally fixed a leaky squealing power steering pump one time... I had to fill the dam reservoir up every morning.. one day, I accidentally put brake fluid in the PS pump, cranked the car up and no squeal.. and it stopped leaking...

96 Pathfinder - Dies In Dr Or Rev Not Park Or Nuetral

when you put it in gear, does it grab hard / normal as it dies ...? or... does it die as you drop into gear? when in park or neutral - can you rev it up, does it run normal? i would quit throwing parts at it, pretty obvious that aint fixing it. probably other stuff you wanted to spend your money on - pita that's for sure I had a truck a while back.. not a pathy.. it had a bad safety switch thing on the trans that made it do that same thing - (the thing that keeps you from cranking up in gear). I did that same thing as you trying to fix it and I wasn't even close to the problem.. literally probly not the help your looking for, just my -

Hey All! Yesterday I took my front wheels off and used my pressure washer to blast the grime and grease off the lower part of the motor - both sides. Today... it has a miss. I did not water down the top side of engine ( except on either side of motor ) It does not miss at idle or low load, but misses like hell when I press the gas more than granny style. Any ideas? And as always... thank you in advance!

ok we can close this one then - I went to the LKQ pull your part junk yard today and nabbed the alt out of a 94 truck with a v6 for $17 - im guessing its a 70amp the connections were in different spots and the harness connector was a little different so I clipped off the harness up the wires a bit and spliced the 2 wires in it to the ones on my pathy. Now my gauge is showing a steady 13v and all is good as far as I can tell. Glad I didnt have to give $100+ for the thing~ Thanks for all your help guys!

Yeah, beats me if its working properly or not - no sure if there is liquid in it, just sounds like its gurgling - wasnt sure if that was normal or not...

Hey all! Got my alternator done today and now with the knocking and grinding sound gone, I noticed a new noise that could not be heard over the old rattlin alt. The noise emanates from this thing and sounds like a coffee maker percolating, it that normal or should I do something? Item in question pictured below: and as always - thank you in advance!
