I have a 93' Pathy SE V6 A/T (VG30E). 100 Kmil After driving for a half hour, I noticed the parking brake bar was warm. It was strange for me because I was driving with A/C on. Then, I noticed the carpet on rear left passenger was warm, too. On the right passenger was normal. What that means?. Is possible there is a problem in any exhaust duct part? Thanks,

Then, in technical terms, why were designed "1", "2", OverDrive-OFF and POWER positions? (They look redundant).

I have a 93' Pathy A/T (VG30E). I'm not sure when I shall use "2" or "1" positions, or the OverDrive-OFF, or set power shift switch on POWER. I use driving all time in "D" position. Does anyone guide me, please?

Hi. I´m a new pathy owner. I read this post but for me doesn´t clear what I have to do. Two weeks ago I´ve been having the same problem (an oil leak and it look's it come from the rear crankshaft seal). How I can be sure if it is the rear crankshaft seal? When the truck is parked there is no leak. Is recommended to prove some type of oil additive before a mechanic work?. My pathy is 93´ 4WD Automatic Trasmission, 99700 mil. Where I live temperature is 38ºC (100 ºF) all time.
