I find that my gas milage reflects the temperature outside. During the summer I get 17-18 mpg but during the winter I get 15 usually. When we had a really cold week i got 14 mpg. Never heard of it before though.

Getting "gift certificates" aka money, towards tires, wheels, and a body lift so when i get enough money my parents will give me some more. This will be the first christmas it will take me less then 10 seconds to open all of my presents.

I think that if you are used to driving a 5 spd then taking it off-road is no problem. I hate when i have to drive my parents cars becuase i have nothing to do with my other hand. Doing hill climbs i just keep it in first so if i have to slow down i dont have to down shift. I have never done rockcrawling, but coming down hills watching my friend ride his brakes and slide for an extra 15 ft. trying to stop makes me glad i have the 5 spd.

From AC (4x4parts.com)-$122 From 4 Wheels Parts-$90 (only up to 1990) The biggest tires you can fit is 32's, 31's would look good. 4x4parts.com or if you have a 1990, 4 wheel parts sells the trailmaster lift. Also be sure that it includes the longer bolts for the back. That is about all i can tell you though.

Hey my friend is looking to get an Xterra, at least he got away from the jeep, but where is the best place to find one and a lift? Does anyone know where they sell more than a 3 inch lift for them or is that is. Thanks, 93

Thanks Pavelow that remeinded me that i need to change the wires. My dad keeps telling the i dont need to do anything but I would like to the pathy for as long as possible.

Hey my pathy has 199,300 miles on it. What would you guys recommend that i do to keep it running. I am planning on changing the tranny fluid and maybe the diffs, if i should, possibly the timing belt. Anything that you guys think i should do? Any tips or write-ups for other things would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, 93

My friend said she really liked Germany. I think we are all getting together this weekend to decided when and where. I will let you guys know if we decide on somewhere.

I have never left the west coast from California to British Columbia, been to Idaho and Alberta but they are close. I would like to go sightsee and also be able to just relax if i felt like it. It would be during the summer so most of the world is hot, which as long as it isnt too humid, doesnt bother me if i got water or a/c. P.S. Don't really want to go to Asia or Africa and no where near the middle east.

28.9 X 9ish but we are supposed to have El Nino this year and have no snow for snowboarding so the $800+ that I was saving up for snowboarding could go towards the pathy, still praying for snow though.

Yah i dont do anything to bad, i can keep up with my friend in his toyota especially when his hubs go out and he has an open differential, spent most of the day getting him over stuff. Is the radiator drop down bracket required or just a good idea with a body lift?

yah i have read most of the threads on the pros and cons of a body vs suspension lift and was looking more for reviews i guess, AC, Calmini (which i probably wont get), superlift UCAs and things like that, thanks though, but it is my birthday in a week and a half so i am hoping for some cash, not an iPod .

Hey i have wanting to get a lift for a while now and my friend with his jeep is getting a 6" lift and 33's so i gotta do it some time soon. I have enough money but would like to keep some for savings. I was wondering if anyone had pictures of a four door WD21 with a 3" lift with 235/75/R15 tires, i am trying to get a picture of whether to buy the lift or wait until i can afford tires and wheels at the same time. There was actually just a threat at a school near by. There was supposed to be a volleyball game there but it got cancelled because of it. And my school has gotten alot worse, in the 3 previous years there has been maybe 1 or 2 real fights. We have had 2 this week and 2 more in the past month that i know of, and i am not in the know. Weird to think that my school has problems like that.

Thanks about the fire notice, i did not want anything to go wrong since it is under the car. Yah i was using a breaker bar. It is holding on some smittybilt steps that i have. The Bolt also holds on something else so i dont want to break it. I will just wait till my dad gets home though.

Hey i have 1 stuck bolt that refuses to move at all. I have tried PB blaster, liquid wrench, and alot of pushing as hard as i can on the stupid thing and it wont move. My dad said i could get a torch and heat it up. Would heating up the bolt after PB blaster cause a fire cause the can says that it doesnt evaporate, so where does it go? Thanks.
