ok so I was just inspecting my engine bay today and I noticed this and a closer shot now i dunno what that thing is. or what it does. it lookes like the previous owner put glue on it to hold it in there. should I just leave it?

do you mabey have a car starter? BOTH my parents cars have died if they sit for a week..they both have car starters. I have never had problems with voltage draw when mine sits for 10days or so.

well I have already bought the 0/1 at a pretty decent price..overkill mabey...but w/e i have the stuff and im gunna use it . and + i think im gunna go to pick n pull and see if i can find one of them nissan vans alt. I like the go through the wheelwell idea ill have to try that! thanks. as for the welding. I have no idea why anyone would do that. i could always phone the previous owner..cuz he is my dads friend but "shrugs" i dont really care.

yeah so I just picked up some 0/1 gague cable a couple weeks back to do the "big 3" wire upgrade..if anyone has heard of this its upgrading your original wires (or just putting bigger ones in with the originals) that will go battery negative to ground, alternator positive to battery positive. and alternator to ground. as everyone one knows the alternator is in the best spot possible to do this upgrade pssd so to help me along...does anyone want to tell me what the best rought to get to my alt would be. :confused: thanks

my pathy isnt that bad. but then i drove my dads intrepid wow. i was like is this thing on? the only time my car was really quiet was when it was sittin in the sun all day and I started it and it didnt make a sound at all. but I checked the rpm and she was runnin..it was weird.

my light doesnt come on either! i ran out of gas in the summer. luckly close enough to home to just coast. could it be a burnt out light?

I have like 260000km on my ODO i dunno what that is in miles. and I am starting to think the previous owner has yet to do any of this as well. I Might just wait another month or so for spring and deal with it. it feels like it lacks power but always starts and runs good, so I cant complain.

I think im gunna take your advice k9. those clips are pretty tight. its getting anoying not being able to see anything at night :S

yup its up to code. and i dunno if its a cheap bulb but like 2 of em cost me 7 freakin bucks. I had to replace the first burn out one ( in the car since i got it) then I put in a new one..that lasted for like a good 2months I beleive. then it burnt out...then I put another one and it was out in a WEEK. and i had to take that one from the rear dome id start monitoring voltage....if i had anything to read it with. ill go pick up another light tomorrow and see how this one goes.

alright my dome light in my 92 has burnt out TWICE in like a week and sum. anyone know what the problem could be? its not like it blows right when i put it in. i dunno if this pursits im just gunna make my own lights and not bother with it. it barely lights anything as it is.

well this is my dog lulu. i cant remeber what kind of dog it is. its just non alergetic.. mabey shnowser with something else. we have had her for 4yrs now I believe. prolly the nicest dog ever. how could you not love a dog with bubbles on its head

if i end up doing rhino lining, does that stuff go on smooth. i mean ive seen it in truck beds and its all bumpy and :S i dont want my bars looking like that. if it works good ill prolly cover the ol tire carrier as well. that thing is so rusty. o and i think canada has different rules about chrome im sure. ?

alright. so my friend just got a welder and has a shop so i figure Im just gunna make my own bullbars along with a new grill. but I dont know the first thing to designing these bars. does anyone have any blueprints or information on going about making them. if it comes down to it ill just get some nice steel tubing and make it look all nice. even if i brush up against a tree and it just smooshes im going to make it pritty simple and put some lights on it. anyone have any info on making one. were should i attach it as well. thanks

i dont get it. so your not going to be working on your pathfinder now due to what.. lack of interest..? if you like your pathy i dont see why you should stop fixing it up. the only person that should have interest in fixing it up would be YOU. everyone on this board loves pathfinders and would help in anyway they could on this board.....im just a lil confused why you would just STOP just like that. ????

ok well I am tired of my front grill. I think it looks....ur....stupid. so i was thinkin I would just fabricate my own.. just make a big piece and cut out spots for my headlights and make it look all nice. anyway I dont know of the first place to find grill mesh to do this. can anyone point me in the right direction. ??

question. this trigger you speak of. were is it, is it like in your steeringwheel colom or is there someway I can access it. I know you have a diagram of it but how do you wire that all up. I dont think i would do it for my soon to be roof lights. but my fogs, man I leave those on alot usually in the morning then it gets light out and i dont even notice. so yeah how do i get to it.
