  1. Reminds me of something me and some friends would do as kids...keep in mind we were 15-16 yrs old....There was this old lady who lived around the corner, and she always had toy balls or fake flowers or something on her car's antenna....we used to steal them all the time just to see what she would put up there next....She started getting pretty extravagent in what she would put up there.....It was funny! Then I found out that the reason she did was so she could find her car in a parking lot, I felt really really bad then and would go mow her lawn for free.....
  2. Finished! I used 2 inch PVC and fittings and a plastic electrical inlet for the top. Even got to play in the mud a little bit today, we hit one HUGE puddle...the front end dropped under the water then tried to climb out as the back end went in...I swear the water was about 6 inches from the glass on passenger side.....It would not drive out forward, so I put it in reverse and it drove right out. Notice the dirt line on the rear bumper, it kinda shows how far the right side was under. What a blast! http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/treyscool1/a...m/ph//my_photos
  3. We are losing her.....she already bought a Chevy....Watch the For sale forum.....hehe
  4. Hey now, thats not sooooo bad....Remember I hydrolocked my motor a few weeks ago...I would have loved to have a problem like you had at the time...

  8. Tire size will make a difference in this measurement....I have 31x10.5x15's
  9. Check out the coils Slick used. I was just shocked at her photo's....looks like the rear went way up! The coils I used, and the one's I have seen other's use only had 9 coils....These have 11..... http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/pathy4x4/det...0&.dnm=8943.jpg
  10. Ok, does this make it better.....Anyone else with a JGC coil lift, could you please do the same? I don't think I got as much lift as everyone else and want to confirm...
  11. I was just looking through your pics, can you measure from the top of your rear bumper to the ground and tell me what you get? Thanks! Trey
  12. I used a 1/2 inch drive and a breaker bar...Maybe I need to hit the gym...LOL Also, spring compressors are a life saver!!
  13. New motor is in! Got the truck back at about 9pm and put the springs in today! I painted the panhard rod and shocks, I had painted the coils last week. I couldn't get enough leverage on the panhard rod nuts without taking the tires off. I suggest to anyone doing it to do that, it made everything much easier. Entire job took about 2 hours. I got a solid 3 inches in the rear, I cranked the T-bars until it looked even. I am pleased with the results. Now I just need my dang front fender flares. Pics are here..... http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/treyscool1/album?.dir=/af8d
  14. UPDATE... Looks like I am gonna get this thing running for around $1700....I was hoping for less but oh well....Oh and by the way, the clutch and radiator are bad as well. 19. I have always read everywhere to fit 33's you need a 3" suspension lift and a 3" body lift...
  20. The truck runs fine with the top of the snorkel pointed down? If that's the case I will make something similiar then....
