  1. Welcome to the board. People shouldnt look at you crazy. The WD21 is a great platform for a trail rig. There are plent of people here with sick rides to get ideas from also
  2. Sorry for doubtin your numbers MRpickles. You are right and i think im just gonna go to a mechanic ( my next door neighbors shop) to get it done. I trust him.
  3. 600+? Sure you got your numbers right? Parts dont seem to expensive. ( i dont trust mechanics so i do the work myself)

  6. I seriously think that could be done. If you could fab some bushings up like that. of find an almost identical car that can use that and use it.
  7. Theres not that much labor. Its an easy job to me. But i am gonna change all the necisary parts.

  9. Yea i know my dad and i are gonna do it next week. Just wanted to see if there was any sign of it goin bad. Im gonna do the full shabang too Water pump and all. Heard to many stories about changin the belt then the water ppump goin bad a little after. But the water pump is easy stuff.

  13. My back latch was broken also i just got a new one installed. 6 cans of foam is alot too. I guess thats cheeper than dynomat though
  14. Ive got 140K miles on my car. I need to change my timing belt cause i dont think it has been done by the previous owner. I was just wondering if there any signs that is bad?
  15. Well i think that might work. But remember you have to lift the engin back up. so if you drop the sub frame 2inches you got lift the engine 2. keeps the tranny and driveshaft in line. Just use the idea and go with it man. tell me if it works an ill be right behing you on it
  16. Thats what i thought. I just call it a sub frame drop. Yea its custom job (i wish i knew how to weld). You have to drop the sub frame then lift the engine back up. Then say goodbye to cv problems
  17. Some people do use the stock wheels. Its not recomended for 31s though. I would go ahead and drop 120 bucks on some new wheels (us wheels or rock crawlers)

  19. Yea 4wheelparts still has the recovery kit on sale for like 50. Its a good deal im gonna go with it.

  21. Im right beside you row. I think my want list is like 3000 dollars for stuff. But when you 600 a month for car insurance and car payment its doent help.
  22. 4 wheel parts has them for 10 bucks. I think were talkin about the same thing. Its the reciever tow hook. They also have the reciever shackle for 38.
