OK, UPDATE...

I took the glove box off, looked inside the condensor (?) box, drained it off a ton of water, removed the leaves, etc... put it back together and still no action... So, what would you guys recommend next? Something is pulling power from the engine when I turn the air cond (or heat) on, but NO AIR comes out...nothing... should I replace the resistor or the blower? both?

The blower is pulling some current but no motion? That would likely indicate shorted wires in the blower. If the wires were shorted to ground, they would flow very high amounts of current and blow fuse.

How much current is it pulling?

Well, not sure how much for sure, but I can hear it kick on and nothing, no even an asmatic whimper, comes from the vents. Not on AC or Heat... SOOO, I took a look at the plug going into the blower and it was rusty...so I am going to replace that with new plugs in the morning and I'll let you know... Any other suggestion?
