My alarm has been engaging today without any type of tampering! Today is the first day that it has happened. I have the stock Nissan alarm with the toggle on the center console to turn it on/off. Anyone else have this problem and what can I do to eliminate it? Oh yeah, I just changed the battery 1 month ago. -bounce-

Also check the ground for the alarm wiring, it's under the carpet along with the alarm module.
Ditto. My wiring got stuck in the seat track one day and the alarm wouldn't shut off. I ripped everything apart and finally found the problem.
