ANYONE HAVE A CARFAX ACCOUNT?

Is there anyone who has a carfax account that i could trace this burnt turd of a motor i got from N.O.W. (Nissan Only Wreckers)..... I want to find out exactly when this motor was junked and if the vehicle was in a frontal crash.. I know the last time the pathy this motor belonged to was last smogged in 2001 at Hoangs Auto Care in Hayward, CA.... I lose the trail from there.

I need all the ammo I can get because I will msot likely be taking N.O.W. to court to get my money abck, as i do not want to exchange this POS burnt turd of a motor for another POS. Their policy is exchange or store credit, what do they have that i would want to spend my hard earned (& borrowed) $650 on?

I was hoping it was from a wrecked pathy and not burnt up like i thought. being as it has passed all smog tests, and has even been serviced on file, i will keep it and use it. thanks again luker! i owe you!
