MaritimeMan
search around the forums, there quite a bit of info on the subject. I personaly use the 40 series, which sounds great, and performs well. Can't really comment on the 50 series, as I have no experience with those, however, once again, search around, there have been plenty of discussion on the subject of flowmasters. Mr. Pickles
What he said /\ . I've had a 40 series for probably 3 years now and its great. Nice sound, etc. etc. I bet you wouldn't be disappointed with a 50 either, although I can't vouch since I haven't used one. Regardless, from what I've seen, they're quality products. My brother has had dual 40's on his 5.0 Mustang for probably 7+ years now and it still sounds sweet.
jj big shoe
I've got a 50 series and it has plenty of growl for me. Oh, I've got headers too so your results may vary. Edited February 7, 2006 by jj big shoe
89_trailboss
anyone got a vidoe/sound clip of a 40 on the path?
tmorgan4
I did. It's somewhere on here in the r50 forum. Now that I think about it, I can't remember if it's a 40 or a 50 series. Whatever it says in the thread is correct.
