Does anyone have any links to guides of repairing rust, and rot? I've got a basic Idea but want to completly cover my bases. I googled Rust repair, and nothing much came up, so if anyone knows any good Books, i'd be willing to buy some of those things too!

 

If anyone is pretty experienced themselves, Shoot me a PM, I need an opinion on repairing a rusted out door on another vehicle I own.

on my 71 pinto, I ground out the rust, smeared roofing tar on the exposed metal then cut to shape and pop-riveted aluminum siding over the holes. A little kerosene cleanup and it looked... well... interesting. No more rust though.
