Guest mjgtp Posted March 13, 2004 Share Posted March 13, 2004 Hi all, just got the wife a 99 SE Limited. Had it all inspected, but we missed the rust in the sunroof. Looks like its the rain tray around the rear of the sunroof. Approx half of the tray looks like a total loss. Anyone have any experience pulling the roof out and fixing/replacing the roof &/or rain tray? Any suppliers of replacement sunroof parts? Overpriced and sometimes a hassle to deal with I know, but you're probably best off hackin' it out with them. Even if you don't have a local Nissan dealer, if you call one that's close they can usually get you some pretty valid information without actually having to see your car. Guest hectoro Posted July 14, 2004 Share Posted July 14, 2004 I own a 99.5 SE Limited and the sunroof tray is also rusting and it leaks a little too and I'm the first owner(purchased it when they came out).
