Cruise Control's not working.

Has anyone every messed with the CC? Mine hasn't worked since I bought this pathy. I'm thinking it about time I fixed it.

I'd like to move the controls to the dash and off the steering wheel. I'm almost positive the problem with the CC is in the controls on the steering wheel. They are real loose and kinda crooked. The light on the dash switch still comes on, so I'm pretty confident it can be repaired.

I'm mainly wanting to move the controls so that I can install a Grant steering wheel one day.

Any help on the subject would be great. Like how the cruise control works. How it's wired. or anything else you can think of...

make sure you have both the throttle cable and the cruise control cable on your throttle body. Follwo the cruise control cable back to the booster and make sure the cable isn't frelled-up. Those are the simple things to check first.

Is the cruise control fused? maybe check your fuse block too.

Do a search for the online FSM link...it has EVERY wiring diagram in it.
