Guest runinmn Posted December 12, 2005 Share Posted December 12, 2005 Speedometer on my 95 Pathy SE is not working. This happened immediately after changing my power steering belt. Precise1 Posted December 12, 2005 Share Posted December 12, 2005 I'm not sure about the speedo, but someone posted recently that the 94-95's have crappy gauges; mine has intermittent issues, I'm still not sure what the problem is... Someone posted to pull the gauge and clean/grease the contacts. I don't believe anyone has responded as to if this worked. ticker Posted December 16, 2005 Share Posted December 16, 2005 HEY MAN I WOULD BET THAT IT IS YOUR VEHICLE SPEED SENSOR. (sorry for yelling) I had the same problem a few months ago. Speedo stoped working checkengine came on. I had no other problems. Cost me about $100 to have it fixed. After seeing what it is it seems like something pretty basic to change. It is located on the tranny. If you get under there you will see it coming off one side with some wires that go up in to the nether regions of your rig.
