My check oil light keeps flickering. Was wondering if a fuse was blown or if a wire was off or something. Well if some one could help me?

It could be that the wire has been pulled out of the sending unit. It's located right beside the oil filter. Happened to me once, and the wire would ground on the frame, and cause the light to come on.
