Rattling sound from R. side of Sunroof

On my 2002 SE, there is a rattle at the back right hand side of the sunroof... It sounds like a screw knocking against the roof. It's in the headliner, right above the passengers head. It's intermittent, and REALLY annoying. I've pulled the headliner down a bit looking for it, looked for screws to tighten up on the roof rack, and can't find anything. Any ideas?
