I have a 95 xe-v6

The trane like to ack up when its get warm

Its just bogs down and takes more gas to make it more but it I stop and shut it off and then start it ageen it comes for about 3 mins then back them its starts all over ageen

 

What do I need to do

I'd start by having the tranny flushed, then add an aftermarket tranny cooler (inplace of the stock in the radiator one). Check the fluid on the dipstick, if its dark red, smells burnt and/or is thick and sticky then it's been cooked.
