R50 Steering shaft column options

I've been dealing with steering issues at highway speeds where the tires would track left or right depending on the road as well as a numb feeling and delay in input. I've just about replaced every control arm front and rear and steering rack bushing. By now I'm convinced the sloppiness is because of the rubber bushing/damper in the steering column itself. Unfortunately, i only see a complete steering shaft column replacement https://ebay.to/3RsEMtn.

Ideally, id prefer a polyurethane or solid aluminum replacement instead, similar to this part available for S13 240sx https://bit.ly/3AG7cZD. or maybe even completely replace the shaft column with just u-joints with the parts from woodwardsteering.com from @hawairish 's thread in https://bit.ly/3Q5XvJy

With that said, i wasn't able to find anything here or online about it. Has anyone here noticed this issue and/or found other solutions?
