EGR insufficient flow engine code. 2000 3.3 pathfinder

I have a p0401code pop up a while ago. No engine issues or idling issues whatsoever and it runs fine but I can’t stand seeing that engine light! I swapped out the egr valve looked inside the intake port to see if there was any build up and it was clean. I sprayed some throttle body cleaner in there just to clear anything up just in case. I also had a chance to look at the vacuum lines around that area and they all seemed fine too (unless I didn’t look hard enough).

The code came back so I replaced the back pressure transducer right behind the Egr and still the code came back. I’m a little lost at this point. Could there be some buildup inside the intake causing some restrictions? Could it be the cat. Converters? I was thinking of using some sea foam spray through the throttle body but I’m just a little worried I will dislodge something and plug something else up down the exhaust or maybe mess up my spark plugs.

And I’m not to most savvy when it comes to electrical. Could there be something going on there too?

The weird thing is the car runs fine!

Any advice or tips would be awesome to help figure this out!
