Just want to bring attention to a post in the parts forum, I know the boards I normally post in would delete this, but thought I'd try because it seems to be a rare 80's part and don't want to waste it and dumping it because no one noticed the posting in the parts forum.

Your are correct about deletion... in this instance I'll just lock this thread. But, given that new/recent threads are already given attention in the sidebar, as this post was as well, please refrain from doing this in the future. ?
