Hotcorner Posted March 25, 2019 Share Posted March 25, 2019 I have a 2002 R50 automatic with 150,000 miles that was damaged in the front end but running well, though driven sporadically. Now it’s throwing a high intake temp sensor code all of the sudden. New MAF didn’t fix it. Won’t idle on its own. Thoughts? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I’ve replaced my IAT sensor already though and checked the wiring extensively and the problem persists. I think I submerged my ECU in muddy water and that’s what my issue is.. No IAT. It’s gone. I guess it has been. Apparently something else is problem. Runs fine cold, then it won’t idle after it gets a little warm. It was a purchase made while trying to sort it out quickly. I’m surprised that it had the same problem as the original though.
