fuel trim questions

Earlier this spring I had issues with a p005 miss fire cylinder 5 code. turned out to be a bad injector. got one from a JY replaced it and all is good....Until a couple of days ago when I had trouble starting when the engine was warm. I've been watching fuel trim with my Ultra Gauge and I've noticed something strange. Long term Bank 1 and 2 seem to be in the -6 to -10 range but Short term Bank 1 and 2 are measuring +3 to -10 while I'm driving (engine under load) however when I'm idling at a stop light or in traffic Bank 1 Short Term will register -25 but Bank 2 is in much closer to 0. My guess is a leaking injector...or am i out to lunch could it be a faulty O2 sensor? no codes are showing.

so it took a while to figure out but I was able to read all 4 O2 Sensors in real time. they are all over the map jumping from .oo7 to .100 and everything in between on both banks both pre and post cat. any ideas?
