Steering Stabilizer

Quick question:

I purchased an 88 Pathy from a one owner a few years ago and I'm getting ready to replace the ball joints and A frame bushings here soon. I've noticed mine has no stabilizer shock and was wondering if some of them didn't come with them. Also any suggestions on what I should purchase that will have all the components I need to put it on.

Thanks in advance,

David

Mine didn't come with one.

Moog sells a kit for it, but it just uses u bolts to clamp it to the centerlink.

My centerlink has some ears that look like they would be for a steering stabilizer mount but I haven't found one that mounts that way and comes with the bracket for the other end.

I replaced my center link and it looked like the previous owner of my 88 just stuck a random bolt through the cross member to use as a front mount point for the stabilizer. The rear was mounted in the ears on the link. Felt slightly more twitchy but also like I had more turn radius without it so I just left it off for now
