What else do I need for install? KYB/Old Man Emu lift

I have a 2001 and have ordered the following, what else do I need to finish this thing? I will be doing the rear my self but driving over to a shop for the front.

 

KYB GR2 Shocks (rear)

KYB GR2 Struts (front)

Old Man Emu HD Springs up front

Old Man Emu Springs rear (didn't specify on MD)

(OME Leveling kit) which was "required" for 1.75 lift.

New strut mounts would be good. Comes with new bearings as well if you get the Monroe's. KYB are there too.
