OK, so I found 4 Rims on Kijiji and drove 6 hours not including stops, pee breaks and fast food drive thru orders to get them, they're the style I wanted and I didn't mind driving to get these for $150 after I beat him down from $250 and so the mission begins... I used a wire wheel and 320 sandpaper to start cleaning them up.

I sanded the gouges on this other rim and it helped a little but not a dramatic change, just shinier...
