lurtek
Hi, My 2000 Pathfinder has a clunk noise when taking off, reverse o when the rear differential flexes. I already checked the control arm bushings and shocks but the noise still there. Checked the rear differential oil plug and no metal parts, so I am clueless... Does any one have an idea? kdj
Rear exhaust over the rear end. My last two trucks have broken there and then they cluncked.
ferrariowner123
It's most likely the exhaust, but sway bar end links are also a common cause of noises. -Kyle
97xeRonin
I got it too. I thought it was my u joints locking when I let out the clutch. Then like you I thought the rear diff was loose. Still clueless.
