Guest ibt2 Posted November 23, 2014 Share Posted November 23, 2014 to any Admins who might be online today, I have tried the forgot password process about six times in the last month and still have not received the password reset email. Each time I completed the capcha and have checked junk mail etc still no email. I ended up having to create a dummy acct to leave this post. But my 1st acct IBT is the one I am trying to access. This is for account security reasons. In the future please use this method if the automated password reset system is not working for you, please do not create a new account.
