matthew954
Hi everyone, I just finally joined the forum. Though I have been reading threads every so often. My Pathfinder is a 2003 SE. I bought her at Blue Knob Auto Sales in Altoona, PA in August of 2009. Shes Burnt Copper Metallic, with black interior. She had 65,000 miles on her in 2009 and 92,000 now. I love my truck, and I'd post a pic of her but not sure how to.
Precise1
Welcome Matthew! I'm not sure I've seen that color before, so now you have to post one. Host your photo at a site like photobucket for free and copy the direct location code into the little picture icon in the toolbar above the text box. matthew954
Here's my Pathy. This was taken the evening I test drove her, and the day before I brought her home. http://s1300.beta.photobucket.com/user/Matthew_Stapleton/media/28513_391867786526_6740378_n_zps3039cef5.jpg.html?sort=3&o=

ferrariowner123
There is no way that's a factory color. Looks cool though!
Trogdor636
It is factory. There are 1 or 2 I've seen around where I live. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00AVM5JP8/ref=redir_mdp_mobile
ferrariowner123
Your kidding? Dang, must be a very rare color. I thought that metallic blue was rare, (darker than enjoi's and rick13's) but this one is a first for me. -Kyle
devonianwalk
That has to be a custom color, no? I dig it too!

matthew954
Yeah, That night I had originally went to look at a V8 Durango. Was walking the lot and came across the Pathfinder. The color caught my eye most lol. I've had a rather colorful owndership of it. Unfortunately less than a year later an elderly man had rear ended it while I was getting ready to pull into my driveway. It took 2 body shops, 3 months, and about 12 grand to put her back together again. She had literally one wheel in the junkyard with all the internal damage she had. matthew954
Yeah I have pics from when it had just happened. No she wasn't salvaged, just barely. The initial estimate of damage was about 6 grand. And at the time she was only worth about $9850. I was hit by of all things a Buick Regal, the Buick was driven home, but the Pathy had to be towed. She barely made it up the driveway under her own power. I was sitting still, and he was going over 45 mph, I got pushed forward a good 10 feet. http://s1300.beta.photobucket.com/user/Matthew_Stapleton/media/182267_10150090750161527_6925411_n_zps07f5d634.jpg.html?sort=3&o=0 http://s1300.beta.photobucket.com/user/Matthew_Stapleton/media/180470_10150090750121527_7193883_n_zps714a74be.jpg.html?sort=3&o=1 http://s1300.beta.photobucket.com/user/Matthew_Stapleton/media/182267_10150090750161527_6925411_n_zps07f5d634.jpg.html?sort=3&o=
Precise1
I think you doubled up #3 with #1... Damn, quite the hit. Oddly enough, the WD21 (1987-1995, totally different design) crumples almost exactly the same way when hit like that too. I'm considering a frame brace when I put a custom bumper on mine... Important thing is no one was hurt? Nice color BTW. B
matthew954
Thanks, now I just need to get caught up on maintenance that I've been lax on. Working 2 jobs to get caught up on bills, and the Pathy is starting to suffer a bit. I'm forcing myself to pay more attention to her since shes my livelihood lol.
