aftermarket 15s on 99.5 and up pathfinders?

so i have two pathfinders now and my 96 that i just bought has 31x10.5 15s brand new on it and im planning to do a lift on the 01 anyway which would require a 245 75 16 on it anyway so im trying to switch them over. that being said i already know the stock wheels wont fit over the caliper on my 01 but was wondering if anyone know if a aftermarket wheel would work i know a few members have done this but i dont know what was all in involved. Actually the only one i could think of is devonianwalk but if anyone else know please let me know cause if i can i want to order a set of 15x8 with a 3.75 backspace on monday.

Thunderbolt has 15's on his 2001, but I don't remember his backspacing. I'm thinking it may be less.

It depends on the wheel design as well as the backspacing. I know that some have ground a bit off their calipers to fit them but that just does not seem smart. I know that at discount tire if you order the wheels through them they can test fit them before mounting them to see if they fit and if they dont we can return them free of charge.

X2.. Best would be to do a test fit. I have a 2000 and 15" Pro Comp's cleared the caliper just fine. The shop I bought from had one in stock to test it out for me before I made the purchase.

yeah i think they wil from other post i ordered one from summit that way if it dont fit i can send it back.
