I ordered a set of manual hubs. When they came in there was 1 o-ring missing. Rather than trying to send them back and reorder I sent an email to Warn stating the o-ring was missing. To my suprise they sent me a service kit. I assume they didn't have just a o-ring handy. The guy who helped me was Todd Wright.

I have heard of them supporting their product well before, so this isn't unusual from what I understand. It is what made me buy their product second hand. I know if I need a part, I can order it and they generally back the lifetime warranty regardless.
